Xcell Medical Group would like to let our patients know that we are here for you during this viral pandemic of COVID-19.
We have taken additional precautions and have increased sanitation and disinfecting of the office.
Our staff will be wearing a mask out of courtesy to our patients. You are required to wear a mask, as per the State of Ohio mandate. Masks are available for a donation to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Greater Cleveland, just ask one of our friendly staff at the front desk!
Being a Physical Medicine office, we DO NOT treat systemically sick patients in our office. We are here to manage pain and offer physical rehabilitation. If you are sick please respect our staff and other patients and reschedule your appointment.
We now have testing for the COVID-19 virus at our office BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. This includes antigen and antibodies testing. Please go to our COVID-19 Testing page for more details.
Rest assured that we are here to help you manage your acute and chronic pain during this uncertain time.
If you are a new patient we DO NOT need a referral from your primary care doctor. You can come directly to our office and bypass the sick waiting rooms that your primary care and emergency rooms are experiencing.
This will also allow these specialties to focus on acute situations. Xcell Medical Group offers same-day appointments for your convenience.
